What were the main challenges before moving to Sorry™?

We relied on our custom-built status page for years to keep our users informed about service incidents. However, through experience, we realised this in-house solution didn't meet our high-reliability standards. Recognising the need for improvement, we swiftly decided to go with Sorry™ to enhance our communication capabilities.

Sorry™ makes it easy for our team to share incident updates with our customers quickly and reliably, using features such as templates. Not only is it great for our team, but our customers have plenty of options to customise how they would like to receive incident notifications from us, such as email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Our customers love the Status API. It allows them to integrate Postmark's status directly into their processes and workflows without manually checking our status page (or emails) for updates.
